Shipping policy

At this time, we ship within the US using USPS only. Free shipping is included for all orders above $150 (exception of Hawaii and Alaska).

Our shipping lead time is 2~3 business days for processing and another 2~4 business days for transit depending on your location.

Fulfillment time is subject to vary during sales and holiday seasons due to increased volume. Please note that expected delivery dates are estimates, and are not guaranteed. 

You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.  If you do not receive a shipment notification within 24 hours, kindly check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us at info@murasakigoods.com

 

Packaging:

  • We use high-quality packing materials specifically designed for fragile items, including double-walled boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts.
  • We take extra care in cushioning and securing your items to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
  • All fragile packages will be clearly marked with "Fragile" stickers and other appropriate handling instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item purchased, including all packaging.
  • You will be able to view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery:

  • Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully for any signs of damage before accepting it.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • Please take photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Do not discard the packaging or the damaged item until you have spoken with us.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. This process may take some time.
